Sodium Acetate Anhydrous is the anhydrous, sodium salt form of acetic acid. Sodium acetate anhydrous dissociates in water to form sodium ions (Na⁺) and acetate ions (CH3COO⁻), which are widely used in textile, chemical, food, and laboratory applications.
